Damaged Goods Policy
We apologise if you have received goods that have been damaged in transit.
For all claims relating to transit damage or manufactures product warranty, please follow the procedure.
- Please submit the claim as soon as possible, preferably on the day of delivery.
- Where applicable, prior to signing delivery acceptance with the freight company, notify the Driver of the damaged carton(s) and record all details.
- Take evidential photos of any damage to the outside carton(s) & packaging.
- Open the carton and take evidential photos of each product and the damage.
- Please immediately email Bungan Surf, adam_quinn@me.com the damage claim particulars including the evidential photos, freight company & driver, consignment note and product Invoice number, etc.
- Keep a record of details for future reference.
- Once we receive your claim, we shall assess the situation and advise the remedy as soon as possible.
